How about a scriptable ECM mod that takes more CPU than a multi-spec ECM but can be loaded with a racial script; all other stats otherwise equal to a static racial ECM mod.

The key word is "some". If you read carefully, most of the so called updates can be interpreted as not doing anything significant at all, just read "some" as "very little".

Under the ship target there is a ship type and a distance measurement. Under that I would like the dps (or at least the last damage as per the notification) to be displayed, e.g. the dps as sampled over the last 10 seconds.

Yeah they could be much bigger. And also they could have multiple undock points were a ship that is undocking will appear out of one of them at random or perhaps by choice from the pilot when undocking.
